In most cases, you can legally ship your firearm back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. (For more info, visit atf.gov and navigate to Firearms Q&A --> Category: Unlicensed Persons.) But if you'd prefer to send it through an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer, we're happy to help! Contact us to schedule a date/time to drop off your gun. Once it's returned, we'll call you for pick up. Just a few things you should know...
- We take possession of your firearm and log it into our records.
- We make a copy of your valid driver's license.
- A Return Approval (RA) number is requested from the manufacturer.
- We package the firearm for shipping. (We supply all materials.)
- All shipments are tracked and insured.
- The manufacturer may contact you directly during inspection and repair. *Please note you will be responsible for any charges accrued for repairs not covered under warranty.
- Upon return, you can pick up your firearm without the requirement of a background check. (The drop off customer MUST also be the pick up customer.)
- Our fee is $20.00 plus shipping costs (if any) and any charges accrued that are not paid directly to the manufacturer.
